A legal disclaimer

All rehomed/rescued pets are sold "As Is" due to the nature of the business. There are no written or verbally expressed guarantees on animal health, age, temperament, or anything else. We do our best to make sure every animal is healthy, happy, and ready for a new home. Some animals are not available for adoption for various reasons.

Refund Policy - the basics

Any homemade items or gently used pet supplies also have no expressly written or verbally given guarantees. We will do our best to find an acceptable solution for everyone involved when things go wrong, but there is a limit to our ability.
